I lost it and never found;
It was a thing i never owned;
though i cherished all day
and cared for it in every way
I clombered through the mountains high,
Looked over down with desperate sigh,
Please god please dont make it lost,
My heart gave thus a muted cry.
Tears rolled once thro` rosy cheeks,
now they too abandoned me,
Alone in winter stand i there.,
seeking the lost in pure despair.
clouds raced past, so did time
but memories stayed of that beautiful rhyme....
lines of wisdom ran down my face
un quenched yet my thirst remained
with pale white cheecks and wrinkled face;
and shroudly blanket attiring me
I stood there searching;
for one last time , my lost rhyme....
It was a thing i never owned;
though i cherished all day
and cared for it in every way
I clombered through the mountains high,
Looked over down with desperate sigh,
Please god please dont make it lost,
My heart gave thus a muted cry.
Tears rolled once thro` rosy cheeks,
now they too abandoned me,
Alone in winter stand i there.,
seeking the lost in pure despair.
